各位玩家:
* O7 J' t2 C& ~伺服器將會在 2017-03-21 (上午11:00~13:00  ) 進行例行維護，在該段時間將會進行停機維修。

變更項目 :

- 為 邊境戰戰敗方但沒被清零的 國家參戰成員 依據戰功增加獎勵的經驗值 (但比戰勝國低 50%~75% )
- 增加 [國籍重置之鑰] 可用作重置角色的國籍。 (使用時該帳號內的所有角色必須已脫離公會)
- 其他時段的邊境戰 即使戰敗破零 也不會啟用淪陷模式
( B  o% Z/ F4 F" c+ B' j$ t- 修正 寒冷防禦術、閃電防禦術 的 抗性效果無效問題.
- 由於傑澎國已多天連續淪陷，所有傑澎角色 全數合併至伊斯國. (如需轉回傑國請與管理員聯絡)(必須於 21-03-2017 23:59前與管理員聯絡需審核)
- 清空現在的 PVP 排名數據. (開始本季度 PVP 排名計算)

- Improved when defeated in LocalWar but the nation DP is not Zero, the joined player will get a half formula reward. (Fame, DualFame, EXP)

- develop "Key of NationReset" for reselection the charactor nation.

- Fixed the resist effect missing of <Resist ice> and <Resist lightning>
' f+ h# h3 Q1 A+ Y' i- Move all of Zypern Player to merge to Yllse, Because the Zypern ever loss on the war and the player is lower.
