• 過地圖中不執行 Mouse , Keyboard 事件減低過地圖時閃退問題。
• 雪原戰場守護石防禦力提升

Changes :

• Not handle the process on Map-Move loading period.
• Increase the NationStone AC for Snow War
• Attack by SnowBall will not decrease the duration. (PVP/ECO)
