Yllse Recruitment extend  doesn't seem to be helpful.
There seems to be no increase in pure Yllse user. They seem to be almost Vysus or Zypern users.

5 K5 k1 o) Z1 h+ W( t( Rcurrent is not limit for trade or move , but  i think will limit enable the trade lock when the View Effect is enabled.
