• NK 公式調整
• 開放以通行證方式造訪其他國家
• 實裝 <海格摩尼亞國籍> 用作收容國家持續淪陷的流亡國民。
• 傑澎停止接受國籍選擇，該國進行審計。
• 設定當 <連續持續淪陷> 的國民流亡至 <海格摩尼亞>。
• 修復 部分級別在高倍率經驗值下無法提升戰技經驗值問題。
• 一次性清空現時角色的三國 NK 數值 (基於 NK 公式調整)

海格摩尼亞 - 龍族裔的種族以 神龍王 為首的國度，在八星球戰役後因神龍王被八騎士擊倒退隱大迷宮，
所以 海格摩尼亞 變為開放的國度，由於神龍王退隱大迷宮，所以 海格摩尼亞 的國民已放棄參戰抵抗，
成為比伊斯更中立的和平國度。

• Config for when <Continuous Falling on LocalWar> to exile to <Hegemonia>.
• Fixed the Tactic Exp cannot increase problem.
• Clear the player NK value for once time. (By NK Formula Regulation)

# T! M9 R% G. V7 O) a海格摩尼亞是比伊斯更和平 , 不能參加邊境戰 、不能參加國戰、不能參加雪戰。

連gm也希望玩家不玩邊戰了...

所以只要買了通行證還是能去以前其他的安全地圖掛技能，但是又跟150級以上無關的和平單機版玩家?這樣也不錯，只是海格AB點常常有賭點，不能選那登入
