  • [平衡化機制] 加入 '物迴蠟燭' 抵消 <幸運聖言> 的 100% 命中率機制。# t- n6 P/ w) R8 m0 Q
    如對方 '物迴蠟燭' 效果生效時，<幸運聖言> 將無法對該目標進行 100% 命中，會依據雙方的實際命中率、迴避率進行運算。
    & V1 X+ _8 [  f" R; j如攻擊者使用 '物理攻擊命中率蠟燭' 則無視 '物迴蠟燭' 效果，強制 100% 命中。! h$ u, ~5 G, @

  • [Balancing Mechanism] Changes 'Agility Candle' offset <Authority of Greatest Luck> of 100% Hit rate mechanism。. a" l# B$ g6 |7 ?' s5 O
    If the target is uses 'Agility Candle' effect is in effect , the <Greatest Luck> will not provide a 100% Hit rate , It will be calculated based on the actual hit rate and avoidance rate of both parties.
