- 本地公告 (主城) 加入需要 Lv 100+ 才能使用.

1 D* w3 D% S5 z* {0 _% }- 修復 保護類、輔助類魔法的 持續特效外觀 消失時間與魔法有效時間不符。

( M9 K1 S3 h. k; a8 P- 登入訊息調整.  IP被限制的訊息 由 "版本不合。請更新為最新版本"  改為 "目前角色的資料正在恢復中。請稍後再登入(log in)"
" {# N% c" q3 X: r5 i   * 出現此訊息，你可能是登入錯誤帳號或密碼驗證超過 10 次，所以被封鎖 IP 三小時。過後自動解除。
" ]) @+ G. G2 |( b& d' o   * 另一情況是在遊戲中的操作被系統偵測為異常被踢下線及封鎖IP ，這個我們會複查再處理。

- Fixed the durable time Magic Effect viewing of some protecting magic .  
  ( effects appearance disappeared time does not match the magic effective time )

7 j% r2 ~- K5 d! g& ^; [- b- Change the IP Lock message to "Your character is restoring now, please try again later"
  J8 f3 y+ `! x0 T" X  {% S( U  * Case 1 : You have 10 times for fail login, the server has locked your ip 3 hour. ( will auto unlock after 3 hour)
% u/ R7 b- s* K' i. Z  * Case 2 : Is detected by anti-cheat system , the server has kick you logoff and ban the IP address ( We will check it for each case )
