  如對方 '物迴蠟燭' 效果生效時，<幸運聖言> 將無法對該目標進行 100% 命中，會依據雙方的實際命中率、迴避率進行運算。

  If the attacker uses 'Stroke Candle' will offset a 'Agility Candle' effect, for provide a 100% Hit rate .
