- 修正 限制 回城並復活 功能 , 會判斷是否處於冷卻時間內 .
  *防止原地復活問題.

& i& J& D( p8 E0 T3 K& h0 X. u- 變更 在主城 / 新手村 使用 回城並復活  將會傳往重生點而不是原地復活。

- 變更 邊境戰 (在合適地區) 縮短的屍體變鬼魂時間 增長 5秒。
" v) ^% d) G& t- `0 g' u  *避免玩家被多次秒殺而造成被限制傳送地圖。

- 修正 精靈球 召喚的魔物不會掉落物品。
& R$ X  z+ u% n- z  (曾使用該 BUGS 的玩家一律視為不誠實玩家記錄。)
