變更項目:

/ [  {( s6 g8 j3 K( h- 調整 '究極之電' 的連續使用冷時間至 3秒。
+ H  q- L! K! Y8 u
- 加入 嚴重違規行為偵測後會自動封鎖 IP 。 (如有誤鎖請與我們聯絡)

1 e/ u; G9 e# p$ y- 自由公告、世界頻道、全國頻道 需要 100級或以上才能使用.
/ p  c# x0 D, P& i% r
- 調整所有魔法的檢測機制。 (修復部分誤判、沒有判斷的情況)

- 調整角色移動模式，違規標記的角色會降低移動速度。

2 |5 U( T7 v* t+ ?' [0 W- 修復 火焰放射、冰晶放射 在零距離命中只計算 1 HIT 的問題。

- 允許特定洞穴地區在非鬼魂狀態下使用 [系統選單] 的 [移動到主城] 服務。
   ( 為沒有回城方法的地區，開放無需重登/自後回城 操作。)

- Change the Cool down time of 'Extreme Lightning' to 3 sec.

7 H1 n0 P: d  s; J- Add the Block IP function for detect the operation is Ultra Penalty. (If wrong for blocked please contant us.)

8 f/ X$ p& v  x  ~7 R- Add the Level 100+ require for usage the 'Freedom Broadcast' , 'World Channel' , 'Nation Channel'.

- Adjust the all type of Magic checking

- Adjust the character movement mode , when status in penalty will slow down the move speed of that character.

8 ^) F, w7 v4 H) Z9 h  \- Fixed the hit problem when 'Circle Flame', 'Circle Ice' is damage the target in Zero distance.

some major area (map) has re-started for update the checking system for fixed the wrong detect problem.
but some area has a many character in there , so that area need wait a next maintenance time for fixed.

For the IP Ban by wrong password login failed 10 times .
The user computer ip will lock a 3 hour.
" T5 r- y, W7 i. G0 h* uAfter 3 hour will automatically unlock.
