  5 D" }$ x7 W2 F如對方 '物迴蠟燭' 效果生效時，<幸運聖言> 將無法對該目標進行 100% 命中，會依據雙方的實際命中率、迴避率進行運算。
  . w/ [4 v+ K- ?5 i: P; m7 Q8 V7 r如攻擊者使用 '物理攻擊命中率蠟燭' 則無視 '物迴蠟燭' 效果，強制 100% 命中。

• [Balancing Mechanism] Changes 'Agility Candle' offset <Authority of Greatest Luck> of 100% Hit rate mechanism。
  If the target is uses 'Agility Candle' effect is in effect , the <Greatest Luck> will not provide a 100% Hit rate , It will be calculated based on the actual hit rate and avoidance rate of both parties.
  If the attacker uses 'Stroke Candle' will offset a 'Agility Candle' effect, for provide a 100% Hit rate .
