• [平衡化機制] 加入 '物迴蠟燭' 抵消 <幸運聖言> 的 100% 命中率機制。
  如對方 '物迴蠟燭' 效果生效時，<幸運聖言> 將無法對該目標進行 100% 命中，會依據雙方的實際命中率、迴避率進行運算。
  # f. `  ~" Z4 ~% ^( {& S  q- X9 q如攻擊者使用 '物理攻擊命中率蠟燭' 則無視 '物迴蠟燭' 效果，強制 100% 命中。

  If the attacker uses 'Stroke Candle' will offset a 'Agility Candle' effect, for provide a 100% Hit rate .
