新線路 TWL 最近出現高延遲問題，目前已聯絡服務供應商進行跟進。

Our network engineer has checked with upstream network provider (HE) and they has reported that there is currently a subsea fault on our circuit between Taipei and Hong Kong, currently on an alternate path until the cable is repaired.
