D3 Shoes is not any increase the moving speed.
You need to try this setting .
1. D3 Shoes + without speed up magic
2. 167 shoes + without  speed up magic
3. D3 shoes + with speed up magic
4. 167 shoes + with speed up magic

Speed up magic in normal case has increased 30% speed,
, U7 p" J2 n3 L$ T7 k7 V+ KNow , equip the D3 shoes and used the speed up magic is increased 30% + 20~30%.

angel wings has provided a high moving speed. and the angel wings user is not normal player.

if the angel wings is included in this increase setting , i think the effect on equip D3 shoes and angel wings and speed-up magic cannot used the same formula.
* ]( j5 y- S. cAnd need to find the balance values.

其實實際改動吾係太大.

" D: f0 `  i" \0 z" x項目一 : 戰、祭、巫 的雙手武器 只是多了一個 70盾的效果.
        而且該武器類別一直也有替代品.  而且不是比單手武器高很多攻擊力 , 但缺了一個三轉盾的防.
& ?2 j; @* i, h2 R7 W/ q* z7 B2 _
項目二 : 選擇 D3 鞋配職業的加速技能後 會以 167鞋的作為效果 .
: g5 E( R+ ?( ?( K3 Q/ m: n$ p& M      要跑得快就需要 真的配197鞋 才能有最極致的速度.
* n% ~9 c5 m1 ^# g4 d9 N
6 p9 M, F/ i; F8 g1 v項目三 : 只是把原有祭司的奪取生命值功能還原回來 ,
. r' z8 y- f; d3 R9 C      當初加入限制的原因 沒找到更新記錄 , 只能假設是因為  祭司以外的職業濫用而被整招限制.
) z2 n8 n5 t+ p      或是因為 祭司當時擁有最高防禦力及一吸清袋的能力 , 壓倒性不平均而改掉了.

3 d: A$ w0 d  B3 ?項目四 : AC蠟燭也不是 100% 對抗  破22 蠟燭. 而且使用 破22蠟燭的人一定處身係 100% 命中 ,
      因為玩家不接受 70% 的物迴蠟燭 有對抗 100% 的命中設定 .  
0 d( ?7 g8 U8 x) v7 A( R  O     現在的算是跳過了上次被反對的部分吧. 而且AC蠟燭作34% 去避免破22/33 運氣差依然可能全被破防.

之前太多弱化了的項目是沒有在  AC公式改動的考慮條件之中.
/ j5 ]0 {; X( y+ }+ `" g而且改動的數值太多數以 中位數取平均值 ,
$ F  J% W4 Q% x/ N3 F如果玩家體驗完有意見反映 , 也是歡迎體驗後再提出 、分析、討論、調整方案.

/ O+ z, U" i6 j" \% ~. K( [另一位玩家提到的甚麼改回原版設定的留意 ,我們會直接無視 ,  
原版設定其實沒有預算   Grade 保戒、G8傳武等 裝備輕易集齊,
8 D1 U. Z1 v$ s2 P6 M8 u& c所以舊AC 公式只要 250 AC 基本上是無敵高防(約95% 防) , 而且可能太多數人也是這樣  
而龍族算是 PVP 類遊戲不是以 PVC 純打怪的遊戲.
" K& U/ N! M* v以 250AC (95%防) 的情況 , 估計會是祭司的天下.

$ r8 J8 V) `% s' C# m( W# b' g假如日後會開新分流 , 那邊不打算開放 傳武 的情況 , 是會考慮使用原版AC公式 .

有個外觀上的更改想提意一下~
女子角色用屠龍盾以上的~
$ D1 r9 [% j  n* W可否改做88盾的外觀呢?
1 v/ K( r  g0 G1 B或者張88盾和100盾兩個外觀交換?
因為88高達盾靚過100白盾~

女角的盾感覺100級的變了迷你盾,
而88的是強壯一些.

不知道韓國當初是錯誤對調了還是怎樣.
不過也不知其他玩家有甚麼看法.

估計沒人反對吧，因為88盾真的好看
