We are increase speed of the D3 shoes when used speed up magic.

Speed up magic in normal case has increased 30% speed,
Now , equip the D3 shoes and used the speed up magic is increased 30% + 20~30%.

* Y5 m1 M. P) Y( r6 J: e/ J# ]angel wings has provided a high moving speed. and the angel wings user is not normal player.

if the angel wings is included in this increase setting , i think the effect on equip D3 shoes and angel wings and speed-up magic cannot used the same formula.
And need to find the balance values.

% P3 M$ m' q' u& h. r' [$ \9 H' z項目一 : 戰、祭、巫 的雙手武器 只是多了一個 70盾的效果.
; A' d% Z0 c% i6 I, G! a* L) T        而且該武器類別一直也有替代品.  而且不是比單手武器高很多攻擊力 , 但缺了一個三轉盾的防.

& Q* Q3 Q  b" A項目二 : 選擇 D3 鞋配職業的加速技能後 會以 167鞋的作為效果 .
" `, _" {' q+ Q      要跑得快就需要 真的配197鞋 才能有最極致的速度.

項目三 : 只是把原有祭司的奪取生命值功能還原回來 ,
      當初加入限制的原因 沒找到更新記錄 , 只能假設是因為  祭司以外的職業濫用而被整招限制.
      或是因為 祭司當時擁有最高防禦力及一吸清袋的能力 , 壓倒性不平均而改掉了.

. K& _6 ^6 q: e3 W  R項目四 : AC蠟燭也不是 100% 對抗  破22 蠟燭. 而且使用 破22蠟燭的人一定處身係 100% 命中 ,
% v, {/ E; \7 f" j$ @$ E- {      因為玩家不接受 70% 的物迴蠟燭 有對抗 100% 的命中設定 .  
7 W& i; v& ?4 n, x" M0 b$ p9 K9 h     現在的算是跳過了上次被反對的部分吧. 而且AC蠟燭作34% 去避免破22/33 運氣差依然可能全被破防.

之前太多弱化了的項目是沒有在  AC公式改動的考慮條件之中.
; z8 p+ c0 E7 {- p. I0 L* r而且改動的數值太多數以 中位數取平均值 ,
: y5 N% |( E! }5 I, ~; Q* o如果玩家體驗完有意見反映 , 也是歡迎體驗後再提出 、分析、討論、調整方案.

! x" z+ Z5 g/ G& |另一位玩家提到的甚麼改回原版設定的留意 ,我們會直接無視 ,  
, E5 H0 B/ _+ d原版設定其實沒有預算   Grade 保戒、G8傳武等 裝備輕易集齊,
所以舊AC 公式只要 250 AC 基本上是無敵高防(約95% 防) , 而且可能太多數人也是這樣  
4 Y6 x/ u/ F$ B+ {" T2 R4 \/ Y* J4 S而龍族算是 PVP 類遊戲不是以 PVC 純打怪的遊戲.
以 250AC (95%防) 的情況 , 估計會是祭司的天下.

假如日後會開新分流 , 那邊不打算開放 傳武 的情況 , 是會考慮使用原版AC公式 .

有個外觀上的更改想提意一下~
' W$ K8 ^* x) L) B9 _# n女子角色用屠龍盾以上的~
可否改做88盾的外觀呢?
, w) f& Q) p' g) ?. ]; Q' F$ E或者張88盾和100盾兩個外觀交換?

女角的盾感覺100級的變了迷你盾,
+ f* r; e, d2 F而88的是強壯一些.

5 `1 w& a: S" y# u& n不知道韓國當初是錯誤對調了還是怎樣.
不過也不知其他玩家有甚麼看法.

估計沒人反對吧，因為88盾真的好看
