D3 Shoes is not any increase the moving speed.
You need to try this setting .
1. D3 Shoes + without speed up magic
2. 167 shoes + without  speed up magic
8 f- k* O/ n5 {) k$ N- }" i8 R9 \3. D3 shoes + with speed up magic
4. 167 shoes + with speed up magic

Set 1 is not same the set 2.

We are increase speed of the D3 shoes when used speed up magic.
# S2 ?& v1 l7 S, tIn normal status the D3 shoes is no any difference.

Speed up magic in normal case has increased 30% speed,
6 u" p! S+ \% k7 o+ F) ^Now , equip the D3 shoes and used the speed up magic is increased 30% + 20~30%.

Why do not equip the angel wings... ?

angel wings has provided a high moving speed. and the angel wings user is not normal player.

- k+ t2 g+ p" j" I% e( p! e& fif the angel wings is included in this increase setting , i think the effect on equip D3 shoes and angel wings and speed-up magic cannot used the same formula.

其實實際改動吾係太大.

項目一 : 戰、祭、巫 的雙手武器 只是多了一個 70盾的效果.
1 N+ M$ t: r: \  D6 j        而且該武器類別一直也有替代品.  而且不是比單手武器高很多攻擊力 , 但缺了一個三轉盾的防.

項目二 : 選擇 D3 鞋配職業的加速技能後 會以 167鞋的作為效果 .
: X# e' E; G% F0 y      要跑得快就需要 真的配197鞋 才能有最極致的速度.

5 C# [  F5 Y$ K3 q/ D" @# U8 i項目三 : 只是把原有祭司的奪取生命值功能還原回來 ,
      當初加入限制的原因 沒找到更新記錄 , 只能假設是因為  祭司以外的職業濫用而被整招限制.
      或是因為 祭司當時擁有最高防禦力及一吸清袋的能力 , 壓倒性不平均而改掉了.

1 u( L* W4 n- c! c; U項目四 : AC蠟燭也不是 100% 對抗  破22 蠟燭. 而且使用 破22蠟燭的人一定處身係 100% 命中 ,
      因為玩家不接受 70% 的物迴蠟燭 有對抗 100% 的命中設定 .  
     現在的算是跳過了上次被反對的部分吧. 而且AC蠟燭作34% 去避免破22/33 運氣差依然可能全被破防.


之前太多弱化了的項目是沒有在  AC公式改動的考慮條件之中.
而且改動的數值太多數以 中位數取平均值 ,
6 _, u2 h8 }& M, j$ h7 o) a如果玩家體驗完有意見反映 , 也是歡迎體驗後再提出 、分析、討論、調整方案.

! P& E5 z  C  ?/ r0 p  r/ D# H7 ^另一位玩家提到的甚麼改回原版設定的留意 ,我們會直接無視 ,  
原版設定其實沒有預算   Grade 保戒、G8傳武等 裝備輕易集齊,
所以舊AC 公式只要 250 AC 基本上是無敵高防(約95% 防) , 而且可能太多數人也是這樣  
而龍族算是 PVP 類遊戲不是以 PVC 純打怪的遊戲.
* c/ O! ~: T/ B# h- n* c5 O以 250AC (95%防) 的情況 , 估計會是祭司的天下.

假如日後會開新分流 , 那邊不打算開放 傳武 的情況 , 是會考慮使用原版AC公式 .

有個外觀上的更改想提意一下~
女子角色用屠龍盾以上的~

! J" Z& O$ W; ]- ?9 A或者張88盾和100盾兩個外觀交換?
因為88高達盾靚過100白盾~

女角的盾感覺100級的變了迷你盾,
4 H6 J+ \, u  N4 s9 [而88的是強壯一些.

不知道韓國當初是錯誤對調了還是怎樣.
不過也不知其他玩家有甚麼看法.

估計沒人反對吧，因為88盾真的好看
